Udyam is the official MSME registration system administered by the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. A registered enterprise receives a permanent Udyam Registration Number and an online certificate with a QR code. The certificate does not require periodic renewal. Registration does not itself guarantee a loan, subsidy or government contract.
